Its a PARTY!

We finally had the boys offical birthday party! Yes, a little late but better late than never. :) We had an absolutely awesome time. The party was at Bouncertown which has 5 giant jumpers/slides. The kids (and adults) had a blast! We ended up with around 70 people including kiddos. It was great to see our friends and family. Memaw (Sean's mom) climbed the big slides with the boys and at one point fell completely down the latter, everyone was okay and we took lots of pictures of that. Both her and Cooper were laughing hysterically.

Maggie, Adam and their boys got to come, it was great seeing them! Her boys are getting SO big!

I will be posting a whole slide show later, it was hard to just pick a few pictures to share!

TGIF

I am so glad its Friday! I have had one heck of a week. On Tuesday I had to layoff 13 employees. It was the hardest thing I have ever had to do. Its one thing to let someone go because of poor performance but because of the economy....uuuuggghhhh! Please pray for all of those families, along with all of the other 300k+ people who have been laid off since December.

On a lighter now...check out the my little rays of sun! How could anyone not be happy around these little fellas? It's amazing how they can make all your worries just fade away with one little smile.

Another blog...

I've borrowed the idea of posting one picture a day for a year from a couple of other triplet moms (thanks). So far I haven't done so well but I'm turning over a new leaf.

Happy Birthday to my Baby Boys!

We did it! All five of us...what an accomplishment. We made it through the first year! Our little monkies are 1 today! It was a little messy at times but what an awesome year!

We were going to take the boys to a Kindermusik or Gymboree class today but decided to stay in because of the weather. I'm glad we did because all three of them had fevers over 101.5. We made the best of the day and fingered painted with pudding! (thanks everyone for that suggestion)! The boys, ummmm....hated it. LOL, I obviously wasn't thinking and didn't take the pudding out of the fridge soon enough because it was freezing cold. On top of them being tired and sick, now I was trying to make them paint with freezing cold pudding. We did complete a couple of masterpeices before we called it quits and took a nice long bath. I too was covered in pudding.

The boys also got a special delivery today from one of their little girlfriends. The card read..."In 15 years we can date. Happy Birthday Cooper, Cale and Colter." Love, Your Girlfriend AJ. AJ is a friend of mine's 9 month old, are arranged marriages bad? :)

Now we are all tucked in bed and I don't want them to grow up!

The END.....

Its hard to believe!

One year ago today, I was sitting in a hospital bed praying for the save delivery of three healthy baby boys! Praying that I could just hang on a little longer. In 11 days the three of you will be a year old. What an amazing year it has been. Your daddy and I wanted babies more than anything. We prayed for two years, every evening before we fell alseep. We prayed that God would bless us with a baby, we prayed that we would have peace with what ever God's will might be. God has a plan for each and every one of us. Your daddy and I feel so blessed that his plan for us included the three of you. What a special gift!

I was a nervous wreck going into the delivery room but the minute I heard your sweet cries there was a peace that came over me that is unexplanable. My heart felt so full.

They took your daddy and I right down to see you. I got to hold each of you. I prayed for each of you and in that moment I knew the definition of a mother's love. You were all so tiny but doing wonderful our prayers were answered! Isn't God awesome!?!

Cale,

You were the littlest but the fiestiest. You weighed 3.8 lbs and had tons of hair. You were bright eyed from the start...I loved you so much!

Cooper,

You were the middle guy! Dr. Abernathy (our peri) said you practically walked out of my belly. You straightened those legs and did all the work for her....I love you so much!

Colter,

You were the last to be born and the biggest with absolutely no hair. :) You were the loudest entering this world. You were also the most laid back...I love you so much!

We spent 4 weeks in the NICU and I spent every day with you. I memorized each of you down to your freckles.

At the end of the 4 weeks you were ready to come home! Your daddy and I were exhausted but so excited!

Wow, how this year has flown by. We have had so many firsts and made so many memories. The first of MANY.

Your daddy and I love each of you more than you know. I am starting a tradition. Every year for your birthday I will write you each a letter and save them to read on your 18th birthday.

I love you little MUNCHKINS!

The luckiest Mommy in the world, Your Mommy!

Rub-a-Dub-Dub 3 Babies in a Tub

BATH TIME!
This is not my favorite part of the day. I am sure all of you other moms can relate. Sure they are cute but they turn into wild little fish as soon as they hit the water. I just started bathing them together and it has turned into a workout by the time they are bathed and dressed, I'm drenched and need a shower. :) Getting them out is the worst part of all....they HATE getting out. They would stay in the bath all day if I would let them.
Hopefully, their swin lessons in the spring will go this well!
